Location is amazing, close to Faneuil Hall and attractions. My room was on the smaller side, and the bathroom felt cramped. Staff was friendly and helpful, making check-in easy. Renovation of the rooms could improve cleanliness; some are a bit dated.

The hotel's location is ideal, with plenty of attractions and eateries within walking distance. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making the experience more enjoyable. the room felt bland and lacked basic amenities, like a safe or sufficient coffee supplies. The bathroom was cramped, with a shower that left the floor soaked. The check-in kiosks were frustrating, and daily housekeeping was lacking despite requests. Maintenance was prompt, and one staff member was particularly commendable, but the overall attention to guest comfort needs improvement. It has potential, yet some areas are due for enhancement.

Convenient location, convenient amenities with easy access to the waterfront and Faneuil Hall, and an excellent free coffee machine that serves a variety of options all day.
No faults whatsoever.

Great location near historic sites. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. A/C didn't cool well and shower curtain was annoying. Friendly staff. Parking off-site was an extra hassle.

Rooms are spacious which is great for families. The water filling station is a lifesaver for kids always thirsty.
It wasn't inexpensive, but the value feels right.

Club Quarters Hotel Faneuil Hall offers a fantastic central position near the Freedom Trail, airport, and numerous dining options. The staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Clean rooms and comfortable beds add to the experience, making it a solid choice for travelers despite some room size limitations.

The location is prime, just blocks from key sites and countless dining options, including a Shake Shack and CVS nearby. The room was efficient, featuring a comfy bed and a well-functioning TV with Chromecast. Cleanliness was on point, though my Do Not Disturb sign was overlooked. Service was mixed. Check-in at 10 PM was seamless and friendly. I faced unexpected fees, notably $50 for early check-in. The room's decor felt dated, and maintenance issues, like a malfunctioning toilet, should never occur at this price point. Staff, including Maya and Brandon, were kind, but overall, the value for money was lacking. Would reconsider before returning.

The room was spacious and included a comfortable bed that allowed for a good night's rest. The shower offered a decent flow and had soap and shampoo provided, though the grout needed attention. I appreciated the water chiller nearby, providing easy access to cold water. Noise levels were mostly low, creating a peaceful atmosphere, although daytime activity from the nearby vending machines and elevators could be disruptive. The bathroom was small, but manageable. Staff were friendly, with one member particularly helpful in retrieving luggage and providing directions.

The location is fantastic, right where all the action is. Free cold water stations and an excellent coffee machine at reception are great perks.
I waited over an hour for my room at check-in.

The staff were super welcoming and always ready to help! The location was spot on for exploring downtown and all its attractions. Plus, I loved the cozy lounge with free drinks and the easy access to filtered water throughout the hotel.
Can just recommend! 😊❤️

The location was awesome, just a quick walk to the waterfront and Faneuil Hall area. The staff was top-notch - super helpful and friendly. You could grab fancy coffees like espresso and cappuccino for free, which was a nice bonus.
The room was a major letdown. For the price we paid, we expected way better.

The doors in my room were super old and didn’t lock properly, making it feel unsafe. I could see through the gaps, and honestly, anyone could just push it open.

I loved how we were just a few minutes walk from the busy Washington Street and Downtown Crossing, making it super easy to stroll to iconic places like Faneuil Hall Marketplace, Boston Common, and even the North End in 20 minutes or so, plus the hotel had a coffee machine in the lobby, which was great for morning pick-me-ups, and all the staff were friendly and helpful, but the shower in the room was a little small for my liking.

The friendly receptionist Diane welcomed us with helpful information and even provided an upgrade to a spacious room with a microwave and refrigerator, which was a nice touch. The hotel's central location near the historic Freedom Trail and subway made exploration of the city easy and convenient. The sitting area on the ground floor with a coffee machine was a cozy spot to relax and enjoy a warm drink. We also appreciated the free water bottles available on each floor and the option for coffee and tea throughout the day. While the room was clean and comfortable, we did notice a few areas that could use improvement. The bathroom felt a bit cramped, with a small shower that didn't contain water well, leading to a wet floor after showers. the shower basket was loose and couldn't hold toiletries securely. It would have been nice to have a better selection of free toiletries and a safer place to store valuables. The small details like broken shower curtains and loose fittings detracted from the overall experience, but the excellent service and prime location near popular attractions certainly made up for these shortcomings.

The dark ambiance and extensive drink menu at The Merchant created a cozy atmosphere. The panoramic view allowed me to rack up Instagram likes. Downtown Crossing and Copley Place offered great shopping options.
Flushing the toilet multiple times for fun - not! .

We hit up that narrated boat tour and the sailor had us hooked with crazy tales of the Revolutionary War! Then we chilled in the Garden, rode those swan boats like pros! Our hotel was hella close to it all - super convenient!
Yo, they should totally hook us up with a rooftop hangout spot or a sick DJ for some late-night party vibes in the hotel. A rooftop terrace with a cool bar or a party room would take things to the next level for us party animals!

The location couldn’t be better! I was just a short walk from major attractions and the subway. The room was super clean and comfy, with a great shower and soap provided. I also appreciated the friendly staff who were always ready to help. And they even let me cancel my last night hassle-free – now that’s good service!
The price was a bit steep, especially without breakfast included. Plus, my room faced another building, so I didn’t get much natural light.

Our family had a blast exploring the narrated boat tour filled with thrilling Revolutionary War tales and local sea stories. Strolling in the Garden and riding the iconic swan boats added a touch of magic to our Boston adventure.
My wife says that extra kid-friendly amenities would enhance the family experience.

We had a fantastic time at this centrally located hotel in Boston's financial district. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, offering us an upgrade and providing valuable information about the city. The hotel was clean and cozy, with a welcoming lobby and eco-friendly amenities. The breakfast at the nearby Elephant and Castle restaurant was exceptional. We appreciated the convenient parking validation and are already planning our next trip.
The fire alarm went off multiple times during our first night, disrupting our sleep. The staff didn't acknowledge or apologize for the inconvenience.
